* Drawings shall be conducted after the Final Entry is fixed in the presence of some IKF officials and the applicants who desire to attend. * All participation organizations are requested to report their arrival to the hosting organization's WKC headquarters office by December 7 and at least 1 person from each delegation must attend the Manager's Meeting on Dec 7.
